New Application: Imperial Knight

Hey!  I am applying for my not-so-mainstream imperial knight outfit.  This is originally from a comic called Star Wars Legacy, in which the Fel Empire has risen, and the loyal guards of the Empire are the Imperial Knights. The Empire and the Knights are technically "force neutral", so neither aligned with the dark nor the light side of the force.  

I really liked the look of the armor, and am happy that I was able to use a red color called "xia li red" (peeps in Beijing get it) to get the proper color!

Hi Daniel, thank you for your application. Your costume is great but a few small modification is required to meet the 501st CRL.So let's begin with the review:

1.Shoulder

Your were wearing your shoulder armors on the wrong side.



2.Bracer

Same as your shoulder armors, the bracers need to switch side.



3.Suit and tabards


-I can't see the legs clearly, please provide some detail photos

-There torso has four ribs, please add the same detail on it as the CRL photos shown.




-The collar has the same quilted lines as the sleeves and legs. The photo is not clear enough, please show me a close up one.


-Your side tabards is too long.



4.Hand guard

Yours are up side down, it's an easy fix.



5、Belt

You may need to make a new belt with a imperial issue buckle (same as OT imperial officers or TIE fighter pilots). And according to your photo, the structure is not right.
I have attached the CRL photo as well for your referrence.



So it's just some easy fixes. Once you have done it, please retake your application photos.

Thanks...I think my best approach is to redo the belt and suit.  The emblem on the wrong side and direction of the hand guards is merely me putting it on wrong, that can be fixed by just putting the armor on in the correct way! :-)
